These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Wild For Wildlife ("we", "our", "us").
By booking, attending, participating in, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable Service Schedule.
These Terms apply to all services offered by [Business Name], including:
Wildlife demonstrations and educational presentations
Animal encounters and handling experiences
School incursions and educational programs
Animal husbandry and handling training
Reptile and exotic pet holiday care services
Fauna spotting and fauna handling services
Animals supplied for film, television, photography, advertising, and media productions
Any related consultancy or animal management services
A booking is not confirmed until:
We have accepted the booking in writing; and
Any required deposit has been received.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services where payment has not been received.
Animal welfare is our highest priority and overrides all commercial considerations.
We reserve the right to:
Remove any animal from an activity;
Modify services;
Cancel services; or
Refuse participation
where animal welfare may be compromised.
All services are conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian animal welfare legislation and permit requirements.
Participants must:
Follow all staff instructions;
Behave respectfully around animals;
Not handle animals without authorisation;
Immediately report injuries or incidents.
We may remove any participant who presents a safety risk.
You acknowledge that activities involving animals carry inherent risks, including:
Bites
Scratches
Allergic reactions
Unexpected animal behaviour
Slips, trips, and falls
Environmental hazards
Participation is undertaken at your own risk.
Participants may take photographs for personal use unless otherwise directed.
Commercial use of images, recordings, presentations, animals, or educational materials requires our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Participation is at your own risk;
Our liability is limited to resupplying the services or refunding the applicable fee;
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Extreme weather
Bushfires
Floods
Government restrictions
Animal illness or welfare concerns
Transport disruptions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Schedule.

Educational presentations
School incursions
Public displays
Animal handling experiences
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult or teacher.
Animals may be substituted where welfare considerations require.
Participants must follow all handling instructions.
Animal interaction opportunities are not guaranteed.
This Schedule applies to:
Reptile husbandry training
Animal handling training
Welfare and enrichment training
Educational workshops
Training is educational in nature unless otherwise stated.
Completion of training does not confer any licence, permit, qualification, or accreditation.
Participants must follow all safety instructions.
We may terminate participation without refund where unsafe conduct occurs.
Practical handling activities may involve:
Reptiles
Native wildlife (where authorised)
Exotic species (where lawful)
Animal availability may vary.
This Schedule applies to:
In-home pet care visits
Reptile holiday care
Exotic animal care
Temporary husbandry services
The owner must:
Provide accurate care instructions;
Disclose health and behavioural issues;
Provide all required food, medication, and equipment;
Ensure animals are legally kept.
We may obtain veterinary treatment where reasonably necessary to protect an animal's welfare.
All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner unless caused by our proven negligence.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing illness;
Age-related decline;
Stress-related conditions;
Equipment failures outside our control.
This Schedule applies to:
Fauna spotting
Wildlife detection
Construction monitoring
Environmental surveys
Wildlife relocation assistance (where authorised)
Clients acknowledge that:
Wildlife may not be visible;
Wildlife may move between inspections;
Complete detection of all fauna cannot be guaranteed.
Clients must provide:
Safe site access;
Site inductions where required;
Information regarding known hazards.
Any wildlife handling or relocation will be conducted:
Under applicable permits;
In accordance with Victorian legislation;
Subject to animal welfare considerations.
This Schedule applies to:
Film productions
Television productions
Advertising campaigns
Photography sessions
Content creation and social media productions
Animal welfare takes precedence over production requirements.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse requested animal behaviours;
Modify scenes;
Remove animals from production;
Suspend or terminate animal involvement.
Clients must provide:
Safe working environments;
Adequate climate protection;
Appropriate holding areas;
Compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements.
Animals may require:
Rest periods;
Welfare breaks;
Environmental adjustments.
No guarantee is given that an animal will perform a specific behaviour on cue.
We are not liable for production delays resulting from:
Animal welfare requirements;
Animal behaviour;
Environmental conditions;
Safety concerns.
